About the Workplace Well-being Award
- Established in 2017, this award evaluates data from each employer’s most recent 12-month program year, including information on their well-being strategy and design, communications and organizational engagement, workplace programs and policies, incentives and engagement, and program evaluation.
- Eligibility for the award includes Banner|Aetna and Aetna middle market, public and labor, and national account employer segments in the U.S. with a minimum of 100 employees and either a fully insured or self-funded medical plan.
- Applications were reviewed and scored based on predefined criteria by a peer review committee comprised of well-being professionals.
